Welcome to Divine Cosmetics. By using this site, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy The terms and conditions below apply to all sales of Divine Cosmetics products available on the Divine Cosmetics’ web site. By accessing www.divinecosmetics.com.au you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions detailed below. Please read these terms and conditions completely and if there is any uncertainty with the terms and conditions below, please contact Divine Cosmetics at sales@divinecosmetics.com.au before the completion of any purchase.

PLACING AN ORDER

If you place an order through this website you accept that the following terms apply and must be adhered to enable us to process your order efficiently. Information such as your full name, valid email address, contact telephone number, billing and delivery addresses and payment details will be required to process an order. 

It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with fraudulently obtained credit card details. Once the order has been submitted you will receive an automated email confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation please advise sales@divinecosmetics.com.au orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order. 

It is your obligation to enter full and correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect and the order has been dispatched Divine Cosmetics will not refund your payment. Should you wish us to re-send the order you will incur additional charges. 

If for any reason Divine Cosmetics cannot fulfil your order we will contact you within 2 working days of order placement and organise a refund or product substitution.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Divine Cosmetics. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Divine Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.

PAYMENT

Divine Cosmetics is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Divine Cosmetics may cancel the transaction and affect a full refund. All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.

PRICES AND CHARGES

Prices of goods displayed on the Divine Cosmetics website are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. These prices will be honoured at the time you place your order, however displayed prices are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY

Divine Cosmetics cannot guarantee a specific dispatch or delivery time but we will make every attempt to fulfil your order as soon as possible. If a product becomes out of stock prior to packing your order you will be notified by telephone or email to determine if you want the rest of the order dispatched. Orders from within Australia are currently shipped via Australia Post but our contractor may be changed at our discretion. Terms and conditions of delivery by Australia Post vary from time to time.

There are many places to which Australia Post has conditional delivery. If you are not available to sign on delivery, or other Australia Post conditions apply, your order will be delivered to an Australia Post outlet for your collection. Australia Post is contracted with us to advise you when and where parcels are available for collection. This is usually in the form of a card in your mailbox. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Divine Cosmetics is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope that you are always satisfied with your Divine Cosmetics products, however, if for any reason you do need to return your product, please contact Divine Cosmetics at sales@divinecosmetics.com.au. Your request will be processed immediately.

GOODS DAMAGED OR FAULTY ON DELIVERY

Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. Divine Cosmetics will not refund the cost of delivery to return damaged or faulty goods. Upon receipt of the returned defective or damaged product, we will dispatch your replacement items via standard delivery, at our expense. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Divine Cosmetics will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

REVIEWS AND COMMENTS

Throughout the use of the site users may be invited to review certain products. If you do submit such reviews, you give Divine Cosmetics permission to use, reproduce, modify and publish them in a royalty-free, irrevocable manner. You also permit Divine Cosmetics to publish your first name and State or Town. Such reviews posted, in no way represent the views or opinions of Divine Cosmetics or its owners, shareholders, employees or others, but are the sole product of its creator.

PURPOSE OF THE GOODS

Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use. Questions as to use can be directed to sales@divinecosmetics.com.au.

Divine Cosmetics uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
